Each supporting club of the magazine is able to have various editorials and promotion within our magazines.

Here are the opportunities available for clubs (each headline is a link to the relevant editorial brief / requirements):

CLUB CARS

• This is either 1 or 2 pages and requires the owner to fill in (in as much detail as possible) information on the ownership, history and car itself as well as send in the hi-res images. Club Cars are often chosen by running threads on the forums where people can vote for the cars each issue – a great way to get members involved.

A CLUB PROFILE

• The amount of space given to a profile will depend on a number of things including the size of the club and whether individual owners and cars are being hi-lighted. The rep from each club should arrange for the brief to be filled in and sent with the images. Only one profile can appear each issue so if a club wants to take advantage of this they should contact us to schedule this in.

CLUB UPDATES & ANNOUNCEMENTS

• This will appear in the club section of the magazines and will be for any club news – such as new websites, merchandise, special events planned etc. The rep from each club should arrange to send the required info.

ROLLING ROAD DAY COVERAGE 

• Clubs can contact is to cover Rolling Road days for them but given magazine commitments to shows and production schedules it is not always possible for us to attend ourselves.  We can however ensure that a club can still have their RR day covered in the magazines.  A nominated person for the club (usually the organiser) would arrange for each member taking part to fill in a dyno form and send these to us completed with a couple of group shots and a shot of every car on the dyno.  Full details areon the brief.

CLUB CHARITY DAY COVERAGE

• This will appear in the club section of the magazines and will be for charity days or events that have taken place. The rep from each club should arrange to send the required info.

It is essential that editorial and images are sent through to us by t he editorial deadline for each issue.  For club focus or rollling road day editorials, please check with us for availability as we can only include one focus per issue and 2 rr days.
