TOTAL IMPREZA HAS just been announced as the official media partner of Team Orange.

Team Orange has won drifting events in Japan and the USA, with Kamakubo taking the D1 GP championship in 2006.

Kamakubo, the man behind Team Orange, is also the manager of the Ebisu circuit in Japan – the foremost drift circuit in the world. Team Orange is unique because it runs five Subaru Impreza drift cars and is well-known for its impossibly close Tsuiso (twin drift) skills, as well as the team's flamboyant drivers (Kamakubo and Tanaka being celebrities in their own right, in Japan).

In fact, Team Orange possesses the men behind some of the best stunt driving in the film 'The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift'. It is intended that two of the team's most extreme Imprezas (Impreza GD orange beasts with rear rad set-ups and rear-wheel-drive conversions) will arrive in the UK in the spring, to be based at ZEN Performance in Wellingborough. Team Orange will take part in rounds 4 and 5 of the European Drift Championships (Round 4 July 11th & 12th and Round 5 September 6th & 7th).
