BACK ISSUES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE PROCESSED ON A THURSDAY EVENING AND POSTED EVERY FRIDAY – ALLOW 4-6 BUSINESS DAYS FOR UK PACKETPOST DELIVERY, ALTHOUGH IT CAN TAKE AS LONG AS 10 DAYS DURING BUSY PERIODS OR BAD WEATHER. CLAIMS FOR NON-RECEIPT FOR MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE POSTING DATE – (PLEASE CHECK THE SUBSCRIBER NEWS PAGE TO CHECK WHEN EACH ISSUE IS POSTED TO SUBSCRIBERS.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us for confirmation and instructions.  We can offer an exchange or credit note only. This does not affect your statutory rights.
